These terms cover basic use of www.cincimovement.com. By using this site, you agree to them.
Using this site
This website is provided to share information about CinciMovement’s Ladies Salsa Styling classes and to let visitors get in touch or register for a class. Class details, pricing, and schedules shown here are current to the best of our knowledge but may change; ConfiDance and CinciMovement are separate entities, and classes are hosted at ConfiDance rather than owned or operated by CinciMovement.
Payments
Class purchases are processed through Stripe’s hosted checkout links. Stripe handles your payment details directly; CinciMovement does not receive or store your card information.
Drop-In Classes
Drop-in class purchases are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve purchased, please contact CinciMovement before the scheduled class. At CinciMovement’s discretion, your purchase may be transferred to another eligible class date.
Monthly Passes
Monthly passes are non-refundable and apply to the class level and month purchased. Missed classes do not automatically roll over to a future month unless otherwise approved by CinciMovement.
Cancellations by CinciMovement
If CinciMovement cancels a class, affected purchases may be transferred to another eligible class or refunded.
Bring-a-Friend Offer
The free first class applies only to a new student attending under the current CinciMovement Bring-a-Friend promotion. The offer has no cash value.
No guarantees
Information on this site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep class times, pricing, and other details accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
